Exercise caution around storm debris
February 1st, 2012
The Port of Siuslaw reminds visitors to exercise caution around debris left from the recent storm. The banks and beaches of the Siuslaw River and the ocean are covered with logs and debris. These debris piles are unstable. For your safety, please avoid walking on or near the debris. River banks may also have eroded and been undercut by high water and flooding. Please stay back from the bank edge near the river.
F Dock is DONE!
January 30th, 2012
After many months, many thousands of dollars, and many hours of labor by Port Staff, the new F Dock is finally complete in the East Mooring Basin. Congratulations to Port Staff for their perseverance and hard work in completing this important marina upgrade. The old F Dock floats were deteriorated wood floats with no utilities. The new F Dock floats are concrete and have water available. Please stop by and check out the completed F Dock and congratulate Port Staff on a job well done.
